It's 2011. Rumours are talking about Apple's plan to make all display resolutions double. Competitors will follow.
New industry standard for icon size is 1024x1024. Graphic design is getting more like vectors, 3D or hi-res photography and less like old good pixel stuff.
That is the first reason for me to create this web.
The second one is that I simply like pixels. They are like tiny Lego bricks and I love playing with them.
Final icons contains no gradients, anti-aliasing neither colors. In short - no bullshit...
...just pixels!
